Obituary for Helen Marie Beckham
Mrs. Helen Marie Beckham: 77 years old of Effingham formally of Mt. Vernon, Illinois passed away on early Sunday Morning, March 24, 2019 at 1:00 AM at the Lakeland Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, Effingham, Illinois, where she made her home the last eight months.
Helen was born on August 22, 1941 in Rural Illinois one of six siblings into the family of Raymond and Verma Mulvaney. During her younger years she live and worked in the Mt. Vernon area and her last occupation was with the Mt. Vernon Daily Register where she delivered newspapers for several years. She then moved to Effingham, Illinois where she would live with her daughter, granddaughter and be near family members.
There will be no services for cremation was in accordance with Helen’s wishes. Family Services will be held at a later date.
Helen leaves to mourn in her passing her Step-son: Billy (wife, Crystal) Beckham of Mt. Vernon. Daughter: Ms. Linda Sanders of Effingham, Brother: Herb (wife, Nell) Mulvaney of Mt. Vernon, Grandson: Jesse A. Beckham of Dahlgren, 2-Granddaughters: Rebecca (fiancé’ Michael Bell) Beckham and Leah Brewer both of Effingham, Illinois, 2-Great Granddaughters: Terrah Beckham and Alexis Bell.
She was preceded in death by her: Father, Mother, Brother Donald (wife, Edna) Mulvaney
3-Sisters: Kay, Delsie (husband, Bud) Shelton, and Dorothy (husband Honey) Palmer.
