Obituary for Rita Mae Repp
Rita was born January 15, 1938 in Morley, Missouri, the only child into the family of
Durell and Floella Cruse-Foster.
Rita married Carl Arthur Repp January 14, 1961 in St. Louis, Missouri. He preceded her in death on February 27, 1986.
The Repp family moved to Altamont in the early 70’s where Rita was employed with first the World Color Press which became Quebecor as credit manager and retired after 44 years of devoted service to the company. Besides raising a family and caring for her family with her late husband number of years, she did find time to be active in the Effingham Bowling league. She was also a very active St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan.
In October of 2007 she sold her home in Altamont and moved to Mt. Vernon to be next to her daughter and family and enjoyed nothing more than being able to take care of her family and watching Cardinal baseball.
