Joyce was born in Effingham, Illinois, the daughter of John Truman and Mildred Pauline Aderman-Garner on February 16.1938. She graduated from Altamont Community High School. She married Ronald Dean Finfrock, and he preceded her in death. To this union was born a son Curtis Dean Finfrock on June 1, 1957, and he preceded her in death on March 21, 2018, and a daughter Janice Kayrene Finfrock-Williams on June 30, 1958, and she preceded her in death on November 12, 1978.
Mrs. Finfrock was last employed as the Effingham County Board Secretary however before she was Secretary to the Effingham County Treasurer and community active by being a member of the Republican Central Committee and being active with her grandson and filled her time with yard work and her flower gardens.
Joyce is survived by her family:

and their two children: Tyler Dean Finfrock and Kamryn Michael Wolfert
