Obituary for JORDAN JOSEPH KULL
Jordan Joseph Kull, 31, of Altamont, died at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2014, St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital, Effingham. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Altamont, with the Rev. Dr. James F. Wright officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be conducted from 4 to 8 p.m. today, Jan. 17, at Immanuel Lutheran Church and from 10 a.m. until service time at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the ALIS Athletic Department, Whoo Hoo Sisterhood or the donor's choice. Jordan Joseph Kull was born March 27, 1982, at St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital, Effingham. He was the second child born into the Christian family of Lynn A. and Debra Ann (Drone) Kull. Jordan grew up with older sister, Audrey and younger brother, Trenton. Jordan was baptized and confirmed into his faith at the Immanuel Lutheran Church. He was the 5th generation as a life-long member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Jordan received his education from the Altamont Lutheran Interparish School, Altamont Community High School, Lake Land and Galesburg Community College. Jordan was most proud of his son, Noah Kadan Kull Klimpel. Jordan loved to play and watch Noah in all of his sport activities. Athletics, weight lifting and boxing was a hobby where Jordan found so much enjoyment. Jordan never met a stranger. His charming smile, good heartedness and generosity touched so many lives. He was especially fond of his grandparents, Gramms and Papa, his Aunt Patty and mentor, Pastor Lowell Donnelley. He is survived by his parents, Lynn A. and Debra Ann (Drone) Kull of Altamont; grandparents, Bill and Dorothy (Rash) Drone of Ridgway; son, Noah Kadan Kull Klimpel and his brother Desmond James Klimpel of Altamont; one brother, Trenton William (companion, Amber Schultze) Kull of Altamont; one sister, Audrey Ann (companion, Lucas Lilly) Kull of New Orleans, La.; two uncles, Tony Kull and Jeff Drone, both of Altamont; two aunts, Patricia (husband, David) Emerson of Indianapolis, and Angela (husband, Larry) Ohnesorge of Sun City, Ariz.; and several relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Woodrow A. and Vera (Munzel) Kull.

Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 11:00 a.m.

Immanuel Lutheran Church, Altamont, Illinois.



Visitation:

Friday, January 17th, 2014, 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm.

Immanuel Lutheran Church, Altamont, Illinois. A second visitation will be held at Church from 10:00 am until 11:00 am or the time of the funeral services at the church.
