Obituary for Gordon Albert Scholl
Gordon was born into the family of Merlin and Marcella School on March 24, 1943 in Red Wing Falls, Minnesota
Gordan graduated from high school and enlisted in U.S. Navy, serving during the Viet Nam Conflict. Over the years Gordon was employed as an over-the-road truckdriver and retired from Risinger Brothers Trucking in 2004. He married Doris Marie Brosius on December 15, 1973 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She proceeded him in death on January 5, 2006.
Gordon loved all his children and grandchildren beyond measure. He was always ready to support his family and his community. Gordon was a proud veteran and also enjoyed volunteering. He was a member of the Grobengieser-Fischer American Legion Post #512 Altamont, the Gold Wing Riders, and the Illinois Patriot Guard.
Gordon is survived by his: Domestic Partner of 15 years Marilyn Sue Wiggins of Vandalia, Illinois.
and her daughter: Joyce Lee (Gary) Miller of Fillmore, Illinois.
