Obituary for Delores Elizabeth Eich
Delores was born into the Christian family of Royce and Elizabeth Verbic-Prouty. She began her life on March 21, 1930 along with her twin sister in Joliet, Illinois. After receiving her education she married James Roy Eich on February 4, 1956 in Rockdale, Illinois. The family later moved from Campus to St. Elmo in 1957 enabling her husband to continue his employment with the Natural Gas Pipeline. Jim preceded her in death on November 20, 2011. Delores was a devote member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Elmo, and enjoyed her home, family, yard , fishing, and was an avid golfer She survived by her: Brother-in-laws : Anthony "Tony" Foth of Elwood, IL. Gary (wife, Sue) Eich of Reddick, IL. Gene Eich of Clearwater, FL. Robert (Rena) Eich of Herscher, IL. Leroy (wife Linda)Eich of Kankakee, IL. Charles (wife Betty) Eich of Romeoville, IL. David (wife Kathy) Eich of Rockford, IL Sister-in-law : Evelyn Hanlin of Campus, IL Several Nieces and Nephews to include: Judy (husband, Bud) Bressner of Chenoa, IL Cynthia (husband Bob) Vorachek of Plantine, IL She was preceded in death by her: Parents, husband, infant son, daughter Nancy Jo Eich as a result of an accident in 1984. Brother Lawrence and his wife Dorothy Prouty. Twin sister Dorothy Foth. Sister Mary Catherine and husband Donovan Bacon.
