Obituary for Doris Marie (Stuemke-Evans)White
Doris was born into the Christian family one of four siblings to Arthur and Cordelia Hollmann-Opfer. She began her long life on September 17, 1933 at the family farm in Lincoln, Missouri.
She was baptized in Lincoln Missouri and confirmed at Blue Point Lutheran Church rural Altamont, after marrying Raymond, she was an active member of Zion Lutheran Church rural Altamont. Doris spent most of her time raising her family with the help of her husband and was employed for many years at the Carriage Inn and later McDonalds in Altamont.
She married Raymond Stuemke on November 1, 1953 and he died on December 8, 1987. She then married Bill Evans on August 17, 1991 and he passed away on September 22, 1996. Then on May 1, 2004 she married Howard Dale White and he survives.
